Brief About the Team

The Marketing team at Rx1 is a center of excellence, working across business lines to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention, ultimately leading to business growth. This team plays a crucial role in promoting the brand and its services by devising and implementing strategic marketing initiatives through various channels to reach target audiences and drive engagement. With this purpose in mind we ventured into the innovative space of health-tech. In the health-tech space our DAILYBLOOMTM team aspires to serve chronic patients digitally to manage their chronic conditions via disease management platforms (DMPs).

This agile and innovative team is looking to hire a performance marketer to lead the D2C channel to generate and nurture leads and acquire patients from the patient pool for whom we have cutting edge science backed digital therapeutic solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • As the owner of the D2C channel collaborate with partners to jointly define, develop, execute and analyse high-impact go-to-market digital campaigns including timelines, channels, merchandising, promotion, customer value propositions, messaging, campaign goals and measurement.
  • Directly responsible for lead generation and partner with Pre-sales remote operations team to ensure high conversions and revenue booking Develop an understanding of the drivers of customer acquisition, activation and retention and translate those insights into go-to-market programs, campaigns and promotions.
    Closely work with pre-sales operations to continuously optimize the lead nurture journey across WhatsApp, telesales and social media.
  • Leading digital communications across a range of digital platforms such as websites, email, newsletters, social media, mobile applications, and search engines
    Work closely with Business, Presales operations, Product Management, UX, Brand, Legal, Medical Affairs, Compliance Leads and other stakeholders to ensure internal cross-functional alignment.
  • Developing and managing online marketing strategies for increasing LTV with current customers.
  • Leading D2C initiatives in physical channels as well across corporate and pharmacy channels.
  • Measure marketing campaign performances and track specific metrics to determine their level of success.
  • Represent D2C channel in meetings with key partners, as well as establish strong, collaborative relationships with partners.
  • Report weekly on our success metrics including performance of campaign launch, acquisition and retention activity.

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

KPIs:

  • Volume of leads generated.
  • Volume of leads converted.
  • Cost per lead.
  • Cost per conversion.
  • ROAS

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Masters degree in marketing preferred.
  • At least 3-10 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Preferred Sectors: Ecom, Banking, FMCG, Auto, Telecom, fashion, D2C etc.
  • Experience in content creation, digital media planning, performance marketing.
  • Experience with Meta and Google analytics or similar software.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with MS Excel and other reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in building a business from the ground up (0 to 1).
  • Prior start-up experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience in healthcare/wellness is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically.
  • Willingness to work hard and roll up sleeves to get work done, even when at times it is outside the scope of the job or operational tasks.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, leading through influence pears and senior leadership, and managing different agencies.
